Copyman has been a pleasure to work with! They are attentive to details, they reconfirm our printing needs to ensure accuracy, they respond quickly and graciously. Our conference materials we’re delivered on time, and they look fantastic. Thank you, Copyman!

Copyman has always been incredibly quick with their work orders, and they are very communicative and helpful! On top of that, the quality of their prints and scans are unmatched! Copyman is the go-to for our business, and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

Went to print 4 pdfs, asked if I could login to my account to print instead of sending an email. The short lady in a mask said no, I said alright but can I atleast watch you delete the documents once you are done printing, these are tax documents. She said yes, but apparently it pissed her off, because when I told her how many copies I needed she was argumentative and rude for no reason. Once she was done printing, I asked her if I could watch her delete the email, to which she had said “YES” prior to printing, but post printing she wasn’t in the mood, and said “nope I already deleted it”. So now I just have to take her word for it. Could’ve just said “no, you can’t watch me delete it” from the beginning, I wouldn’t have printed anything here. I don’t have a printer at home, I have been coming here to print large document bundles, art prints etc. for the last 6 years, including tax documents, and the rest of the staff is very polite and helpful. And they do show me their screen when I’m printing anything sensitive so it felt like a trustworthy place. Apparently not anymore. Hope the lady has the day she deserves.
