Really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and the bedding incredibly soft. Located in a safe, pleasant area — which is so important in San Francisco! We stayed in Comfort Inn by the Bay in San Francisco USA in June 2025. My wife and adult son, and me were very happy and satisfied. The place is conveniently located near Golden Gate Bridge where we had walking tour, fisherman’s wharf pier 39 where we had dinner out mostly, pier 33 where we started our tour to Alcatraz. The room we got also had a very nice view from our window we could see the Golden Gate Bridge! The breakfast was decent with nice eggs, sausages, bread and coffee and lots fruits and cereal, pancake, etc. We were quite satisfied leaving in the morning with full stomach ready for our tours. Other people complained about this hotel but what can you do? Just being near to popular tourist spots with a decent stay price is already quite excellent for us. The two ladies working at the breakfast area were both hardworking. One of them kept refilling the food and coffee walking here and there. She was an excellent worker. We will surely come back to this place next time we will come to San Francisco California USA!

it’s a nice hotel just a bit dated. the parking is expensive but thats normal for San Francisco. the parking is real tight so any larger vehicles won’t be able to park inside. the staff is excellent and will help with anything. I cannot comment on the breakfast sorry, I had an early departure. if you plan on visiting fisherman’s wharf, the hotel is close.
