You can’t contact these people for the life of you.
We were trying to follow up on a super suspicious looking anesthesia bill we received that didn’t seem connected to the hospital at all and had all kinds of errors.
When we called the hospital billing office we were given 3 different numbers to call and none of them worked. Before that the first one we tried was from the website and you just get a voice telling you the number doesn’t exist. The other three numbers we got from the billing department turned out to be completely unrelated to anesthesia.
Now we’re going to try going in person to see if we can get any anybody to get some straightforward information about what’s going on.
The only smooth part of this process was getting the jab. Everything after that has been a circus show.
