I’ve been here multiple times with a very neutral experience, but today i arrived to find the store closed during normal business hours. Theres no note on the door or any communication at all. Even the UPS driver thay arrived was confused. There were several people who had already been to the store multiple times to still find it closed.

The staffs were extremely nice, polite, and timely and despite having a lot of returns they helped me very efficiently. I was really worried my returns don’t go through and that I have to take them back with me home in this cold weather. I suggest if you have to use a UPS store for returns to check this branch. The store was also extremely clean and well-maintained. Would do business with them again. I went there on Sunday and now they are open until 3pm on Sundays. They literally followed the instructions given by amazon and didn’t give me a hard time at all. Everything went super smoothly.

The services here have generally been satisfactory; however, my main concern is their inconsistent opening times. Although the stated opening hour is 8 AM, there have been instances where I’ve waited an extra 30 minutes. It seems that the staff is indifferent to this issue, giving the impression that customers are expected to adhere to their schedule rather than following the store’s established policy.
