Wish I could give this company a zero! My son had wisdom teeth removed at an Aspen Dental July 30, 2024. I had to pay more than half of the amount up front ($3,900). The insurance paid for all of $150 of it, yet Aspen Dental claims they have not received the check. It has been 6 months and still no reimbursement per the insurance payment and EOB. I will be filing with small claims court to receive reimbursement. NEVER GO TO ASPEN DENTAL FOR ANYTHING!!! Horrible business plan!

A scam operation of a ‘dental group,’ who overcharges for work, uses cheap, crap, dental appliances, and preys on those with limited dental care or financial resources.
They owe me $1000 because they charged me personally the costs they billed (and got paid for) to my insurance company but REFUSE to refund it.
