I’ve been one of the original tenants and have lived in this building for over 3 years now. The management and maintenance teams have been courteous, responsive, and professional—always quick to address any issues that come up. The building itself is beautifully maintained, with thoughtfully curated common areas that truly elevate the living experience. The pool area is stunning, the gym is fully equipped, and the regularly scheduled fitness and yoga classes are a great bonus.

3 Acres in Jersey City has been nothing short of exceptional! The high quality security here gives me total peace of mind. The building is equipped with secure, controlled access and excellent surveillance, but what really stands out is the professionalism of the security staff. They are always courteous, attentive, and quick to address any concerns, making residents feel genuinely safe and cared for at all times. I also have to rave about the recent 4th of July pool event! The rooftop was absolutely fantastic, with stunning views of the fireworks, and a lively atmosphere. The event was flawlessly organized and truly brought the community together—I had a blast meeting new people and celebrating in such a beautiful setting. Between the outstanding security team and the vibrant community events, 3 Acres Apartments is a wonderful place to call home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for safety, comfort, and a welcoming community in Jersey City!

Moved here about 6 months ago, staying here temporarily. The building is great, the people are super nice, very friendly. The property manager Juan was awesome, the tour was great, I really felt like I found a place I could call home for now. I found my new barbershop at David’s which is as the bottom off he building. It super welcoming, homey feel and all the barbers are awesome. Down to earth while being super professional. Overall great experience here so far.
