Unfortunately, I rate my experience with this agency very negatively. The negotiations were unprofessional, unreliable and repeatedly ignored specific requirements for the selection of a hostess. During the first cooperation in 2024, despite the assignment (a nice and natural hostess without cosmetic modifications), a young lady with significant lip fillers was sent, who arrived 10 minutes after the start of the event and appeared uninterested throughout, with an absence of a smile. In 2025, the situation repeated itself: although the emphasis was again on naturalness with an emphasis on natural lips, an unsuitable candidate was first offered, and when we selected another, we received information three hours before the event that she would not arrive. The agency subsequently offered a replacement – again in contradiction to the explicitly stated requirements – and added that it did not have another hostess available. After my refusal, the coordinator promised to check other hostesses, but instead, half an hour later, an e-mail arrived from the owner, Mrs. Stefanská, who announced without any apology that we had to arrange a hostess ourselves. At the same time, she expressed her “disapproval of our unprofessional approach” and concluded that she was not interested in further cooperation. I find this arrogance and complete lack of self-reflection unacceptable. The agency’s offer is clearly very limited and does not correspond to their presentation of their ability to quickly and efficiently meet the needs of clients. I do not recommend it.

I can only recommend this agency. I have been working with them for several years and it has always been a pleasure – a great human approach, trouble-free arrangements and 100% reliability. The hostesses are not only beautiful, but also kind, sympathetic and always ready to help. It is clear that they enjoy their work and that the agency knows how to choose the right people. Not only the hostesses, but also the promoters are simply the best – energetic, professional and always smiling. You couldn’t ask for a better team!

I have been working with the agency for a long time and I am completely satisfied. Friendliness comes first, events are top-notch and salaries are always paid on time. 😊
