Hello this is a very awesome property i love this property very good staff over all maintenance is very helpful and fast the leasing agents and manager are the best always very attending and have great customer service

I have been living in their apartment for over 8 months and I have not encountered any problems or security issues and it is very safe for my motorcycles.

Slum lords! That isn’t their building! This is another one of their properties not their corporate office. They refused to return any calls! No maintenance! Termites and spider mites infestation I’ve been fighting three months. Illegal lock outs which is against the law in general. City doesn’t handle area it’s county but City, county and apartment association have tried to reach them. Never respond to anyone’s calls or emails. The lazy hollow address is for another property they manage and when you call that number they tell you they aren’t the corporate office. It’s fraud! No one speaks English and no maintenance ever done. 24 burn units rotting for 2 years and people throw household trash over there. I’ve begged for help for 3 months and they refused to walk unit and help! Slum lords! I got an attorney thank God! I’ve spent hundreds on insecticide and paid an exterminator to resolve my issue. Exterminator they use isn’t licensed and never follows up and never has materials on hand. Awful evil people!!
