I applied for a role with Testudo through a job board but was called very quickly by Francis. He started the conversation and it was apparent he knew what he was talking about and took an interest in what was driving me. He took the time to go through my CV and picked out the points that stood out and immediately had a few roles in mind. This may sound like every other recruiter but Francis had roles that were actually relevant to my skill set and not just trying to fill a job to get paid. I’ve been put forward for 2 roles that look very promising and got interviews with both, just waiting to hear back. Even if i don’t get the roles I’m very confident that Francis will keep working in my best interest to get the right role for me. In short, Testudo and Francis have been extremely professional at every stage but more important to me, he’s knowledgeable about the sector he’s recruiting in. Not your standard recruitment agency or recruiter. Would recommend to anyone with any skill set. A+++

Have to say Frank at Testudo Recruitment is the best recruiter I have ever dealt with. Normally I dread contacting recruiters because of apprehension about someone trying to sell me a role I know is not best for me. Frank takes a firm interest in understanding you as a candidate and finding the right role for you, then helps coach you for the opportunity. Very happy with where I’m now working, but will certainly use Frank again in the future when it is time to move on.
