The Cloquet Area Fire District (CAFD) started utilizing Terch & Associates in 2018 as an HR consultant. In that time, Mr. Terch and his team have provided professional and knowledgeable guidance which has been extremely beneficial to the CAFD. In 2020, the Board of Directors hired them to conduct an executive search to fill the position of District Fire Chief. The process was thorough and well-structured, resulting in the success of filling the vacancy.
