I have been using this app since they started and I noticed that the placement fees were in line with other temp agencies. They have recently increased their fees by 32% and I’m not sure why other than they have to. When I recently booked a temp the app showed me the original placement fee so I booked the temp, no problem. But when I was billed for the placement fee it was at the increased fee stating that I didn’t update the app. Prior to using the app it indicates whether you need to update it or it won’t let you proceed so everything on my end was updated. They will not honor the previous rate as they blame me for not updating. How about you fix the app to make sure it works properly not place the blame on the user who is actually paying for your services? I have deleted the app and will no longer support this service. There are many others and I have been loyal since the inception of this company.

Got a RDH cancel on a sunday for Monday.
Now I’m working from home going crazy to fill. Tried to increase hourly pay on the app but had to cancel shift and repost with a higher pay but NOW we’re blocked!!!! Got to be kidding me.
Last time rdh cx 30 minutes before shift on a Saturday at 730am. No apologie, just they auto system email.
There are better agencies out there. Practizone is one good one.
Will never ask the owner to use tempstars. Talk about ruining my day off on a sunday 😒

We had an amazing hygiene named Jazmin at our office. She has a great personality, bright positive energy, very caring to all our patients. We got a lot of feedback from our patients. We will definitely contact her again to work at our office.
