Temple Management/ Sandpiper Collision – Repeatedly failed to assess extent of damage to my Prius. They said 9 days to repair, it took 28 days! When I did get my car back there was still damage to body and door. Took the car back. 3 days to make a useless repair. Returned again and Sandpiper refused to look at car and refused to honor their warranty and said that I SHOULD NEVER HAVE EXPECTED THEM TO REPAIR THE CAR TO ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION!!!

It’s pathetic when they play like children! Tustin Body Works, part of Temple Management Inc., we had my son’s car over for small work (Window & Screen Replacement), but it took lot longer than quoted. Usually 1-2 days to replace both Items. We requested to take our vehicle back and go elsewhere after they had our car for a week, they quoted 2-3 days, and even after a week they could not give us the true delivery date. Too many excuses & too many lies, so we demanded to pick up our car with “No Work Done”, after we picked up the vehicle, Left Rear Tire was flat, and I knew it right away that they have done something purposely! Tires are new, and in perfect condition, so we took it to the Tire Place, and sure enough there was a hole on the side of the tire, put purposely by one of their employees. Beware of this guy Sandro, he is the biggest con artist, beware of this guy! He will remember me, I promise that! Beware of the whole place for that matter. Since we have enough evidence, we will be taking a legal action against Temple Management / Tustin Body Works & Sandro, in hopes they won’t do it to anyone else.
