Best place for Amazon return regulars. The store is clean and staff are very efficient and helpful! They even helped me to sort out a return label mistake through email without me going for another trip! They also open on Saturdays which is extra convenient. Thank you!

I shipped a very important document and asked for Signature Required at the beginning of my conversation with the staff ( I believed that he’s the Manager). But, round up this document was NOT Signature Required and the package was not delivered to the unit!! Well, what if this document got lost!!! Can this UPS location pay the responsibility!!!! Also, I was charged closed to $79.68 for the document it weight ONLY 0.1 lb!!!and without the “Signature Required “!!! How can this UPS at Settlers Way (Sugar Land) so dishonest or I can say that they cheat people. Nowadays, there is a lot of the postal service – not the monopoly!!!!With this POOR customer service I suspect how long that they can survive!!! So, my opinion is DO NOT use their service- unless you like to be cheated. Very disappointed with their service!!!!!!!!
