Tried to make me purchase my PPE for a temp contract that they were supposed to provide. At the last minute, I was told by the site manager that they should have provided me with a hard hat vest, and gloves. When I called Tekk Force they told me to go purchase the items at my expense. I decided that it was the most unorganized thing I’ve ever seen and had never considered paying for equipment for a 4-month job. Considering I was required to use my tools all this together was not worth it and was a sign to me of what value I had to them. I can honestly say from experience that you can do better and you should just go find a company that values you. Save yourself the time and get a good job.

April 2021. Changed my rating to 1 as After visiting this agency, filling in a bunch of papers and even getting a drug test, I have never heard from them. What a disappointment! I used another agency and was hired within 2 weeks.. Oct 2020. Just started working with this agency. They look very people-oriented. Not like other agencies – registered online and put you into a file cabinet. People here actually worked with me. My agent is Nicci-she is the best. Will update when I find a job.🙏

It prepares them with valuable tools and information from safety to overhead wiring, termination, wall drops, structured cabling architecture, etc. This is not only valuable for the customers but the techs also appreciate the preparation and have given great feedback about the training once they are on the field. I hold in high regard the very personal and warm way they treat us as customers, it makes us keep a close and friendly business relationship.
