I was recently contacted by the company for an interview, but unfortunately, I did not receive the Teams invite. Upon informing the team that I had not received the necessary details, I encountered an unprofessional response that was dismissive and negative. As a result, I chose to withdraw my application. I believe a professional and respectful attitude should be maintained throughout the hiring process, especially before an interview even takes place. I hope the company takes this feedback into consideration and addresses any issues in their hiring process, ensuring that future candidates are treated with the respect they deserve.

Sharing my experience working with Zena while job searching.
She contacted me on the afternoon for August 1st for an audit admin position downtown.
She was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable enough that when my current employer showed interest I felt like it would be a good match based on questions she and I asked each other along with information she was able to provide about the company.
I was contacted about an interview a week later and was offered the position the following week after (starting August 28, 2023).
Throughout the whole process Zena made sure to connect with me to ensure I was prepared from start to finish. She would even send good luck messages and give encouraging words.
It was my pleasure to be able to work with her, in additional I love the company I’m with and definitely feel like I would not have even known about this position if she hadn’t reached out!
After a discouraging job search Zena was my light at the end of the tunnel!

No phone calls texts only then they tell you how to respond when there ghostting you…
