My company hired them to switch our computer systems, they assured us that it’s all going to be set up and all we need to do is switch the boxes. Once we did, none of our programs and printers were working, we had to place numerous calls to them, just to hear that “they can’t help and it’s not their job”. We ended up doing everything ourselves, so the company paid them to do the job which they haven’t done.
