To all job seekers, I would like to share my experience with the Technowise agency. I felt misled by Technowise during my job search. I was contacted by an employee(miss.Dhrumi) from Technowise regarding a job vacancy. At first, she provided me with all the necessary details. I specifically inquired about my work shift and weekly day off. She assured me that the shift would be either from 9 AM to 6 PM or from 10 AM to 7 PM, and that Sundays would be the designated weekly off. This arrangement suited my requirements, so I agreed. However, upon joining the company, I was informed that shifts and weekly offs would be rotational. When I raised this issue with Dhrumi, she was unable to provide a satisfactory explanation and had to consult her manager, Mr. Aashish. Personally, I feel deceived by this agency; it appears they are solely focused on meeting their targets without regard for job seekers’ concerns. The lack of transparency felt like a deliberate trap. I had just a question as why she gave me false information about shift however they don’t have any logical answer of this. Therefore, I urge everyone to exercise caution before engaging with this agency. Afterall it is about your job. Be careful.
Very next day, I got the reply from the owner of technowise. He put his point about my issue. Please find his reply as below.
Hey Amit ! Firstly, congrats on the new job. Secondly, thanks for the review – we value and keep improving from these. Though, it’s just half the story.
We did mention you that there were frequent changes that were happening from the company end as well – and were ready to get on a con-call with the company POC; to which you denied, saying it may jeopardize your job.
In fact, the first HR round of the company – they brief everybody about the expectations – as consultancies are bound to have some filtered information and the company POCs are the right people to apprise on policies.
We wanted to be transparent and discuss the same with company HR but you requested us not to contact the HR for this matter – we agreed to this as we DO THINK about the job-seekers equally and in fact even apologized to you (multiple times) for the communication-gap. If you really feel trapped, why deny getting things clarified.
Now, it seems like he is not aware about the full conversation between me and his company. He just heard his employees word and posted the reply. I would like to go with point to point :
1. He mentioned that “We did mention you that there were frequent changes that were happening from the company end”.
No one mentioned me about this frequent changes from your side. I mean from dhrumi. She never informed me. If you are on it please show me the evidence where she informed me. I have call recording where I can prove that she didn’t inform me.
Yes, you are right. I had word with Mr Ashish and offered me to take a conference call with POCs however I denied because afterall it will come on to my job. Who will be responsible if I will loose because of your clarity?
2. As you mentioned “In fact, the first HR round of the company – they brief everybody about the expectations – as consultancies are bound to have some filtered information and the company POCs are the right people to apprise on policies”.
I want to let you know that I had no any interview with the HR of the company. My first conversation had with dhrumi who gave me wrong information.
See, it’s looks like you are blaming on me but not accepting mistake occurred by dhrumi who gave me the wrong information. You have your point of view so just prove it. I am ready to prove my point of view by the evidence.do you ?
You are right. Mr Aashish apologized but it seems like unprofessional.once you made mistake and then say ohhh!! Sorry.
See, you cannot understand the situation of job seekers. That’s reason it’s ok for you and your team.
I have enough evidence where I can prove that it was misleading by your employee. She just tried to trapped because to achieve her official target.
