This company, or at least the recruiter who recruited me, has no heart. Worked for them when my mom died. No bereavement time off, they didn’t even send flowers. The only contact at the time was my rep asking me when I’d be back to 40 hour weeks. No compassion. Did not even have an exit interview when I took another job offer. Will never take an assignment with this company again.

Literally the worst company I have ever worked for by far. Lied about compensation, micromanaged, no constructive feedback or professional development/improvements infrastructure, they lie to clients, and their crm is from the stoneage. I hate this company with the passion of 5,000 super novas

I had a fantastic experience working with Caitie Miller!! She was so incredibly helpful and encouraging all along the process of my applying for a job in Seattle, Wa. I have never had such a great experience with my job searches! Caitie, scheduled my 1st interview, as well as my second interview. I loved the fact that she repeatedly told me “Good Luck” and calmed my nerves, before each one. It helped more than I can say to know that someone was in my corner! While I was wasn’t chosen for the job, it had nothing to do with any of her guidance, I just wasn’t meant to have that job. Caitie also helped soften my rejection for the job. TecniPower is so very lucky to have Caitie and so is EVERY client that she helps!!! Laura Gayler
