We worked with Appech Solutions to build a customer-facing portal for our dealership and the results have been excellent. Customers can now easily create profiles, manage their vehicles, and book appointments online. On the backend, our advisors have a dedicated system to track customer interactions, handle scheduling, and streamline service check-ins. The system also connects directly with our dealership software, eliminating duplicate entry and saving time.
