*Etienne* went above and beyond with help and additional research to solve a couple of issues that needed to be addressed. He was extra personable, friendly, and explained things to me using the KISS Principle, which helps immensely when I’m not an expert in his field. I can see him being a great internal manager at some point, due to his rare combination of strong people skills combined with his IT knowledge.
