I’m experiencing an issue related to my PF transfer claim after leaving Team lease, because of it being a trust. All i required is the Annexure K document, so that i can share it with the next worked company,. However, every time i write an email about my case to Team lease, i get automated replies and then after a day or 2, the case gets closed without any resolution. Such a pathetic feeling, and it’s futile making attempts to call the call center and expecting to speak to someone who can be accountable. I’m still chasing after them for a resolution after multiple attempts, hoping someone will finally help me bring this to a closure.
