The agency is legit however how they execute their actions leaves alot of room for improvement. Their fares are expensive and you still find yourself running around town collecting good conducts, medical certificates among other documents. For the price the service should be a turn key solution like its portrayed. Also in the process of being cheap you might find yourself spending 16hrs waiting for your next flight and all this time your tired, hungry, sleepy and in a foreign land. Pics below are some of my colleagues sleeping at Sharjah airport at dubai. The shortest wait was 8 hours while some had to wait a while day. They traveled in the evening of the following day after they arrived at sharjah. Mind you you were charged an arm and a leg

They kept us for a long time while they knew what we needed only for them to come out and tell us they don’t have job….bad reception, bad customer service
