Avoid this company.
I worked through this agency for temp help to staff my reception desk for about 6 years. I chose them because they were not the cheapest and I wanted people working for me to receive a decent wage..
It seemed to work well until they assigned me a man who was incapable of fulfilling the very simple responsibilities of the position. It involved a bit of multitasking – greeting patients, helping to turn over treatment rooms, and then checking patients out. He was not able to do it. He just sat there, bewildered. And so I did the job myself and gave him some insurance billing to follow up on, since he couldn’t do anything else. Ultimately, he quit, yelling at me very rudely in the process.
This young guy was quite demeaning to a female business owner. That was the only bad apple I had assigned by this company, but in the end they revealed that they could not be trusted.
Taylor Hodson informed me that my hourly rate would now be higher because I was requiring more skilled tasks!!! No. I was giving the guy the one thing he seemed able to do while sitting in his chair and doing none of the other tasks that were part of the job. Theresa Lucas may or may not be there any longer, but she was the agent who was well-acquainted with me and with whom I had worked for years before this. She ended by saying, “Sorry things ended this way.” I was too. Bad business, believing an arrogant, incompetent temp worker over a business owner you’d worked with for years.
I moved over to Temp Positions and had a very positive experience with them. I recommend you choose Temp Positions and not this shoddy company.
