After experiences with a few recruitment agencies around Wellington, I consider myself very lucky to have had the pleasure of working with Tau Mai recruitment.
What a refreshing change – WOW! – actual warm human interaction.
Not only did Tau Mai make me evaluate what was important to me about the job I’d applied for, but they asked all the important questions and most fundamentally – they listened!
Tau Mai operate in a really tight, supportive and friendly wrap around style.
Kylie my consultant was warm and professional. She listened to my needs and wants for the job and worked to help me pull out my real value as a candidate; which I really needed as I hadn’t been in a formal interview in over 20 years! She was exceptional at coaching me before my interview and supporting me before and after the process by keeping me in the loop, right through to my positive outcome!
