Juliet is amazing, professional and she is honest and my onboarding was quick , Juliet recruited me and I must say any questions I have she is always on it, anything gets resolved, well to be fair the whole team. I want to say if you are looking for a job and need an agency that is good , it’s only been 4 months for me and I have no issues , I honestly recommend them.

I agree with the others advising companies and candidates to avoid Tandym Group. They do not stand behind their candidates and use questionable tactics when issues arise. You cannot trust them to do proper vetting! We had a physician hired through them leave in the middle of the day on his 76th day of employment. After a month of training and careful work to build trust with patients, he just walked out with patients waiting and said there was a warrant out for his arrest and he had to leave the state. However, Tandym immediately insisted that we pay the second installment of $16,666. We had already paid the first installment so they expected us to pay over $33k for an employee that did not last 80 days. NO INTEGRITY!

I am so surprised by all of the negative reviews. My experience with Madison was absolutely fantastic. I had been searching for a job for months prior to working with Madison. Once I teamed up with Tandym I was employed within a month. I love my new position, I was not misled at all the position and pay are exactly as advertised. Madison has since checked in with me several times since starting my new job. I really can not say enough wonderful things.
