The lack of action towards employees who use derogatory and racist terms on the workfloor to address their peers is disgusting.
Letting behavior like this continue instead of handing out reprimands shows that this company does not value its Black employees nor their safety.

Utter chaos– I was in a division that French-owned Thales purchased. They made motion control for head-sets. I was hired for commercial sales of this ITAR product. Yeah, that went well. (The guy that sold to Thales was still there, and cannot manage his way out of a shoebox). OK–” go sell commercially. by the way, we don’t have a factory and you are restricted whom you may sell too”. Second by the way– All of the brain trust left for Silicon Valley companies.

An otherwise idyllic view from our townhome now look like a lit prison field thanks to the tacky flood lights pointed directly at our residence from their Clarksburg office… 😢
