The attention on the phone is terrible, they don’t resolve anything, they don’t pay on time and for settlement they do everything to avoid paying, they are always asking me to call another extension and they hang up without giving a solution, terrible service

The worst service!!! While I was involved with them, they never made me a single payment on time! and now that I have completed my contract, after several weeks I am still waiting for my settlement

It seems incredible to me that today, being AUGUST 2020, I am still waiting to be paid my settlement which I signed since JANUARY 2020, really the only way with you is through the Ministry of Labor and petition rights, taking into account that These delays in settlement payments are already your custom, a novelty that has been occurring with the vast majority of collaborators, you should be more aware of employees and their needs.
