Definitely not a typical recruitment agency which is pretty hard to find in Malaysia! They use multiple assessments to find the best candidates, so biased decision is not in their list. Talentsquare also cares about both their clients and candidates–they’d check on you and give prompt updates when necessary, instead of ghosting!
