Dont waste your time – you are better off scrolling through Indeed . I was told they could help me find a job after returning to work after loosing someone close and not working for the previous 6 months. I had a one on one meeting with Mahée, told her what I was going through and unsure how to approach this difficult topic when asked about resume gaps, she reassured me they would breif employers of my situation to help me out …. I was called by another recruiter- Linda (never spoke to Mahée again) and sent to an interview at a paper company. The interview was weird and sketchy, not only were they not breifed on my situation or me at all- they asked me how old I was. I told Linda and her response was that this is normal and ALL employers ask your age. I informed her it is not only, NOT normal, it is illegal and as a recruiter she should know this. She began to argue with me so I hung up.

Linda Lanthier was the most unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Chasing after pay checks, unwarranted dismissal, etc. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this agency to anyone.
