Was contacted after the company found my resume on some sort of database for a lab position and I told them the shift didn’t work for me, but that I would be interested if 2nd shift was available. I was told afterwards that I would be contacted after they hear back from the company on a different shift offer. Was completely ghosted.
If you’re going to cold call prospective clients, at least keep them in the loop.

I recently received a call from Bria to go over possible job opportunities. I have been called by recruiters before, however, Bria reached back out to me to follow up. The other recruiters… never heard from them again. Customer service has gone away but if you continue to hire people like Bria, we might be able to slowly get it back! Great job!!

I had a great experience working with Chloe from Talent Strategy. Chloe reached out to me regarding a job which she felt I may be suited for. She was very informative and I would have no problem recommending Chloe from Talent Strategy. After our first call she helped me to get an interview the same week. She went through all aspects of the interview process, what the job would entail and encouraged me every step of the way, leading with no doubt that I’d do well! After the interview she kept me informed about the next steps I had to do.
