We used Isotalent a couple years back and had a terrible experience. I keep getting emails to leave a review, so I guess I can oblige. I would avoid using these guys, I sat on a couple lengthy calls with different people to go over exactly what it was we were looking for and what the position was/what skills were necessary to function in that position. (this was for a marketing director roll, we were asking for candidates with experience in this position and had degrees to match) They ensured us that they vetted each and every candidate before passing them down the line to us and that they would only pass on the most qualified candidates. We received a couple dozen candidates for the roll, only one of which was even remotely qualified to fill the position, yet still didn’t have experience in the marketing director position. every other candidate had zero experience in marketing management, or even marketing in general. Some candidates were IT specialists, not even in the marketing vein. only two or three had actual degrees in the marketing field. What this said to me was that they were just trying to make as much money as they could by sending us candidates that they could charge us for. Absolutely ridiculous. Thousands of dollars for absolutely zero results. I would recommend doing the leg work yourself and find candidates that you like, vet them yourselves and you will get better results.

Their marketing tactics are suspect at best. Have never worked with them, and never will work with them based on their attempts to use my colleague’s name (whom they do not know) to forge a connection.
