Jeff was extremely professional and took the time to understand what I was doing and what I wanted to do. He found an organization that was a great match and arranged for an interview, which helped me land a job after 7 months of trying on my own. Negotiations were really easy in my case and Jeff made sure he was involved in every step until I got the job and followed up even after to make sure I am happy with what I was doing. Total Scam – people from LinkedIn reaching out to you providing very vague job descriptions and then when asking for more details -they will send you copy/paste postings from the internet. Probably trying to farm personal information from people – don’t send them anything at all.

Jeff Shusterich has introduced me to a new standard when sourcing for new opportunities. The amount of time, energy and attention he put into preparing me for an interview was like no other.
