Finally a normal HR.
I am definitely against mediating the relationship between employer and potential employee… or rather I was.
Most ‘HR’ are forced ‘Jedi Mind Tricks’ social engineering and ‘don’t realize we’re doing it’. I recommend doing it skillfully (so that you know it, but it is done in a good manner) or not doing it at all, and it is best to close your business, and not convince fresh psychology graduates that they have understood the full spectrum of influence.
However, here is another example, a very positive one.
Today I had an interview with Talent Partners – Gliwice.
A test, a substantive conversation, the right approach – in one word, specifically.
The conversation went well… humanely. Without using templates and technical diagrams. The recruiter’s approach and skillful interweaving of the question with the most pleasant interaction possible are a plus and more such recruiters (this is in contrast to one of the aggressive recruiters I dealt with in a certain company in Gliwice)
The opinions are mainly addressed to those who are interested in possible cooperation with the company.
Having the opportunity to experience the ‘recruiting professionalism’ of other companies, based on a large sample in Poland, Talent Partners undoubtedly gives them an example that it can be done well.
The more such companies, the more employment, otherwise people will prefer to beg at railway stations.
Good recruiter = Good reputation of the company that employs the recruiter.
Regards.
