I strongly advise against this institution. They’re unprofessional. I enrolled my son in a music course with them last month. Before signing up, the team was responsive, and we had a great trial lesson with an excellent teacher who managed the online class perfectly. However, immediately after enrollment, they switched teachers, claiming the requested timing didn’t suit the original instructor. We were assigned a beginner teacher with no experience in online class management. The result was that we decided not to continue. Their team assured me before enrollment that I could request a refund at any time. I notified them after the first lesson in late March that I wanted to discontinue, but despite numerous attempts to contact them via email and WhatsApp, they haven’t responded effectively. Each representative claims to have escalated the issue, but I’m still unsure about the status of my refund request. I’ll be generous if I give them one star, but they don’t even deserve that. As of today, I still haven’t received my refund. Don’t waste your time and money with this unprofessional team.

It’s been a great experience with talent gum. My kid is enrolled in chess classes. Teachers are very knowledgeable and it’s very easy to reschedule or cancel class. We got total 96 classes for 1 year and if we cancel class still we will get the total 96 classes. Thanks for your continuous support
