For the price this hotel was as expected, the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Staff were friendly, the continental breakfast had a good number of options to choose from. The hallways had a pretty strong smell of smoke, I don’t think anyone smoked in the hallway, but definitely right outside the door and it wafted in. The hotel was mostly construction workers from what I noticed, so not the best for a family. The hotel is a bit dated, but again for the price it was a decent option.

Wood flooring was very nice. Price was amazing. Staff was excellent. 4 things the more expensive room the night before had that I wished for in this place: 1. The shower curtain didn’t fall out at the bottom on account of being too short to go with the swooping curtain rod. 2. There was a key card lock on the back door. 3. There was liquid soap for use in the shower. 4. There was a thermostat on the wall in the room.
The first three should be easy. For the fourth, a wireless t-Stat would be the easiest retrofit, but it won’t matter until after summertime.

I couldn’t believe the price. $45 a night?! So I wasn’t sure what to expect. But I’m happy to say the hotel is in a very nice/ safe location. Clean. They even offer a lovely Continental breakfast from 6:30 to 8 with great coffee. Spacious room and shower with plenty of soap/towels. Microwave and mini fridge. Soft beds and blankets. Extremely pleasant service. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
