This is one of the worst private organisations I have ever had to deal with in Pakistan.
For over a year, I have been writing, calling, emailing and visiting their Lahore office multiple times for payment of unpaid dividends and not once have I recieved a proper answer.

One of the most incompetent and careless share registrars in Pakistan. Their customer service is a complete disaster—they simply do not care. I’ve called multiple times from KSA, and every single time I get the same pathetic excuse: ‘the concerned person is busy, call later.’ It’s as if they’ve made it their mission to avoid helping investors.

Worst than worst service.Government should take action against them.They are non contactable .put their line on permanent busy or do not pick up if it rings.The company should suspend their services or declare himself as defaulter.
