After competed 2 months contract with them , it is time to write a review of their performance. We joined them because of one of their consultants is very helpful and informative of what she is good at . However when maintaining professionalism has failed , communication prior the contract and during contract has been significantly lacking . Travel booking , payroll etc are extremely slow responses , despite that we offered patience. Then the matter got to the stage where needed to be escalated to higher management. All their reply were due to staffs are new , not experienced, it is for quality assurance and feedback etc. all these excuses for what they are incompetent of doing their jobs. I highly recommend nurses to call many agencies and find out by yourself , a chat on the phone , sometimes tell you are they a good support agency . A lot of new and doggies are there . I strongly suggest do your research , not rely on previous experience or someone’s experience. It is your work and you need to know what you want . By the way , talent quarter should go through Australian business check , especially the company’s performance is quite poor .
