I recently completed my internship at Talent Houz, where I worked as an Associate Consultant for three months. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that taught me a lot about the recruitment industry. The work environment at Talent Houz was friendly and welcoming. The company culture encouraged teamwork and creativity, which made it easy for me to get involved. All of my responsibilities at Talent Houz helped me improve my communication skills and learn about the hiring process. My supervisor and team lead was very helpful and provided regular feedback, which allowed me to grow and learn. My colleagues like Zach and other consultant were also supportive and shared their knowledge, making the experience even better. I faced some challenges, like managing multiple tasks at once, but these challenges helped me develop better time management skills. Basically, my internship at Talent Houz was a great opportunity that helped me grow both personally and professionally.
