Terrible service and no customer support. I don’t think they know what the speed of light even means. Called for customer support multiple times, but they did not respond.

The internet connection is poor and stops all the time, when you call the company they do not answer your phone call very unprofessional.
I do not recommend getting any Telkos service.

Very unprofessional Company, I have booked an appointment 6 weeks in advance to fix internet at my property but when I have called customer service they told me that I am first in line, I don’t what time they start working but 2.5 hours still no update,
