My career has taken many turns and twists. I have had a couple instances where I needed recruiting. The Talance Group and specifically, Melody and Kevin were amazing to work with. The Talance Group took the time and energy to get to know me as a person, in order to match me with their clients. Every time, I was presented to a client, I was a good fit both in skill set and culture. As mentioned, I have had several “opportunities” to work with Melody and Kevin and experienced professional and courteous interactions. My experience working with Talance Group has been great. I’ve been working mostly with Lauren from Talance since 2019. She has always found interesting positions for me. She will touch base with me periodically just to be sure my expectations with my contract position are being met. I have worked with a couple other recruiters from Talance and the level of attention is just as good as it is from Lauren. The HR people are very responsive to any inquiries I’ve had. I look forward to working with Talance in the future.

I have worked for Talance Group for the past few years. The recruiters in Finance and Accounting are responsive and keep you in the loop even after hours. They can place you for contract rolls or full time as long as you are flexible. This “family” of recruiters work as a team and get you placed even if the role is with one of their colleagues – they care and focus on getting you placed, not whose commission or glory it happens to be!! I highly recommend Talance. Every assignment I have been placed with has been an exceptional position and have had the opportunity of becoming a permanent employee.
