Always a good experience working with Synergy. One of the most honest and easiest brokers I’ve had the pleasure of working with there is Justin Mitchell. Never fails and never lies about any of the shipments I work on with him. Been working in the industry for 5+ years now and its safe to say this is one of the only brokers I’ve never had any issues with . Always looking forward to the next load booking with Justin. Brokerage that follows good business practice and never brings any stress in this industry is always such a pleasure to do business with.

Love working with my man Justin. Always a pleasure to do business and has never let me down for the past 2+ years I’ve been working with him. Doesn’t spew lies to make you just take a load, and doesn’t pull no surprises on you, keeps everything up front and honest. Wish I could get more brokers like this.

Booked a load with Brandon Gasser, begged me for my truck for over an hour back and forth, telling mew how he is not one of these lying brokers, how he is honest and does good honest work. Calls me like 30 minutes after booking saying something about compliance and that he needs a bit more time to get me the rate con. Then disappeared on me completely. I called from 3 different phone numbers, couldn’t get ahold of him. Called their main office, a guy named Al said Brandon is right there and just must not be picking up, I told him to check on the load, and Brandon is saying that he never agreed to the rate, and never said he booked my truck, said he never agreed to the rate. If you are a customer, carrier, anyone looking to trust them with hauling for them, or giving them your freight to haul, they don’t care about anything but making money.
