The entire move-in process was virtually seamless, and she made sure all of our questions and concerns were answered and taken care of. I also appreciate that the company’s online portal is incredibly user-friendly, which makes paying rent a hassle-free experience. If I could leave zero stars, I would. My experience with Synergy Real Estate has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. The house we rented was in a constant state of disrepair. Major issues like a flooded basement that destroyed priceless belongings were met with indifference. Synergy showed no urgency, no responsibility, and no care. Mice were a recurring problem, gutters were ignored, and critical maintenance needs were brushed aside or delayed endlessly. Communication was a nightmare. Allyson, in particular, was unresponsive and dismissive throughout our lease. We were repeatedly ignored when reaching out about serious concerns, which speaks volumes about how they treat tenants. To make matters worse, the return of our security deposit was handled with the same lack of transparency and accountability. Little to no money was returned, despite the property being left in clean condition. Renting from Synergy felt like being on our own, without any of the support a property management company is supposed to provide. I strongly advise future tenants to look elsewhere. This company has no business managing homes or dealing with people.
