Do not recommend. Hard to communicate with anyone. Then got reprimanded for calling twice a week. I mean sorry I tried to be assertive with my job search and future… So many better agencies!

Not necessarily a bad review, just realizing that I never heard back from anyone. I was contacted by Synergy and spoke with them about finding a new job. I did one interview that they set up for me and relayed back that it went well (I never heard back from the company, which is fine) but also weirdly after that last interaction I never heard back from anyone at Synergy either. Everyone I spoke with at Synergy was polite and kind but I just find it odd that they never got back to me about any other opportunities – or even just to say that they could no longer help me.

I was lucky enough to find Synergy Staffing after moving halfway across the country at an incredibly difficult time. The entire staff really went above and beyond to assist me. Upon meeting, Scott made sure to introduce me to the entire team, and to allow me the opportunity to share my experience and interests with each of them. In less than a week, I was contacted about potential opportunities. They made sure to really dig into the details with me to ensure that any leads were a good match, and they were spot on! Ive just been offered a permanent role with the company that I was temporarily placed with and couldn’t be happier. I also want to mention their front desk associate, Jessica, who was especially helpful and always friendly. She was very quick with outreach and response throughout my time working with them. I seriously can’t recommend this team highly enough.
