My wife was offered a work from home position for this company, after being to to not contact her current employer for good reasons they did so anyway, my wife was placed on unpaid leave from her employer after they made contact. Afterwards she was letgo and kforce tried to hire her on for a position that she didn’t even apply for in office. After denying the position and requesting the original position she applied and was offered they never called or emailed back.

Kforce was able to find me a nice paying temp position within a few weeks of applying with them. While I was on assignment, Kforce was very professional, paid on time, contacted you to see how the job was going and I was looking forward to my next assignment. When that assignment was over i didn’t hear from them again for 3 weeks even though I had emailed Katie Hogan (my original recruiter) and asked if anything was wrong. 3 unanswered messages and I just gave up on Katie. Just make sure you have the right recruiter.

After my initial interview, I was switched from one recruiter to another. A client who’d fired 5 of the 7 trainees at a company that has a less-than-stellar reputation as an employer and as a customer service provider after 2 days of training decided to go with 2 other staffing agencies. The trainer at the client’s site was more interested in us playing word find games than giving us the chance to fully learn how to navigate through the several screens and fully learn the script. I and other trainees were let go after only 3 days of training. Was never offered another opportunity. After contacting another staffing agency that I’d worked for previously, I was offered a contract assignment a little over a month after the assignment via Kforce ended, went full hire a little over a year ago. When I contacted Kforce to inform them of my new assignment, the manager or recruiter immediately wanted to know where I was working and I replied with “up north.” SO unethical for Tanya to ask me during my interview for the names of clients of other agencies that I’d worked for and I gave them one only because I already knew from navigating their website that it’s one their clients as well. FYI Kforce, I may have a lot of gray hairs on my head, doesn’t mean that I’m clueless or senile. The agency that placed me where I’ve been for almost 2 years now doesn’t ask that questions.
