All my orders that went through this facility got “lost” or arrived 10 days later after I cancelled them 2 days after ordering because I got a notification that the package is lost. Getting a refund is almost impossible. I am going to cancel my account until I move out of this hellhole of a state, unfortunately I am not surprised that this happens in MA – I have not had ONE positive experience as a customer/patient here.

Canceled my prime membership today due to this facility. I’ve been a prime member since the early 2010s. Customer Service refused to connect me to this facility to assist with finding my “missing” package. My package got “lost” while being delivered on 12/12. Took it upon myself to reach out to customer service team on 12/18. They offered no solution other than to refund my account. This package had 6 items on it & ruined my Christmas Shopping for the year. The refund will take 3-5 business days and I will not be refunded the amount until after the holidays for a package that I had ordered in early December. I would not recommend Amazon to anyone due to the unhelpful customer service team.

This location is always delivering very late at night or delay packages for the next day even though they receive the package early in the morning. I never dealt with this in Haverhill
