I had gone seeking lawyer consultation for an issue.
While the services are decent for free, l wish the assigned Authority stops infantilizing people and without bothering to listen to the whole issue just pushes them to the mental health advocate. They don’t even trust the applicant to fillup the form and get irritated when the applicant asks to see the form thoroughly.
Expect more time sitting here and there, besides the actual work. But l guess that’s expected when you are availing a free service, but it’s a request to the NGO to at least give later call times rather than calling the applicant early and making them just sit.

One of the best things about this NGO is their honesty and transparency. They provide clear reports on how donations are used, and it’s evident that they genuinely care about making a positive impact. It’s a pleasure to support an organization that values integrity and accountability.
