Emma Geiser was my recruiter at Insight Global. I agreed to a Right to Represent for a particular position she was supposed to be presenting me to. When contacted by another recruiter regarding the same position I informed the recruiter of the aforementioned and contacted Emma Geiser to inform her I was contacted by another recruiter regarding this same position. That was almost two weeks ago and I have not heard anything back from Emma Geiser. This is very upsetting because I missed the opportunity to possibly work with a recruiter who would have gotten me an interview but I signed off to work with Emma Geiser who has not contacted me since I agreed to the Right to Represent. This has been one of the most unprofessional and upsetting experiences I’ve had during my job search.

Title: Disappointing Experience with Insight Global I had initially high hopes when contacted by a recruiter from Insight Global in February. They seemed professional and communicated exceptionally well, providing valuable feedback and guidance throughout the interview process for a position with a company they purportedly worked closely with. However, my experience took a sharp turn when the recruiter informed me of her temporary absence and directed me to her partner for any follow-up queries. Despite reaching out to them as instructed, I never received a response. Even after attempting to contact the original recruiter, my calls were ignored, and messages went unanswered. This lack of communication left me feeling utterly disregarded and questioning the professionalism of Insight Global. It’s disheartening to think that they would invest time and effort into a candidate, only to vanish without a trace. As someone who values transparent and respectful communication in the hiring process, I found this experience profoundly disappointing. It raises concerns about the integrity and reliability of Insight Global and their recruitment practices. Reflecting on this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend working with Insight Global. Potential candidates should be aware of the possibility of being left in the dark without any follow-up or closure.

Insight Global is a great staffing agency. After I graduated from University, I hadn’t had much success securing a job in the Information Technology field. A friend told me of numerous opportunities they were offered by Insight Global. I submitted my resume and they were in touch with me right away. After discussing what I was interested in I was presented a position that far exceeded my expectations. Once I started the assignment, staff followed up regularly to make sure things were going good and making sure it was a good fit for me.
