In January, I began working at Harrington industrial plastics after obtaining the job through Express. After five months, I was informed that I would be officially hired, but they offered me $2 less per hour than what Express was paying me. I was open to accepting their offer, but Harrington perceived me as unhappy because I had asked questions instead of expressing joy and excitement about the pay decrease. As a result, they let me go in July. Since then, I have only been offered short-term assignments that are not worth my time. Although I am a dedicated worker and eager to secure full-time employment, it seems unlikely that this agency will help me achieve that goal.
