Senile old man, gave me a paper application that I already filled out online before, needed my ID for this, could tell me what company I was applying to. Almost got hit driving out of the parking lot cause no visibility turning right. Awful

Answered the door like it was someones home then asked me to wash my hands., very strange, run down freezing cold “office” asked me for my social security number phone number address but refused to tell me what company I was applying for because it’s confidential. But my medical history was up for grabs evidently.
