A very downmarket company to work with. Heights of unprofessionalism. All the positive reviews are from the relatives of the owner. He asked me also to do the same. They don’t have any good clients, just 1-2 companies. No proper infrastructure as well. Office seemed more like a govt office. Ganesh Kulkarni is a big fraud. He took a loan from some finance company & mentioned my number as his alternate number. So the company started messaging me as the cheat was not taking their calls. Don’t believe in the positive reviews. If u are willing to join, then please don’t & if u are an employee, then please resign asap. Don’t destroy ur career anymore.

First of all all reviews are fake. I was working with Stylein consultancy as recruiter their terms and conditions of working are weird and in their favour only .. they don’t provide sim card for calling candidate.. don’t not even provide salary on time ever, always say that we don’t have enough money to pay you..(then why are you running this consultancy?) second thing if you Don’t reach the target they simply deduct your Full salary even if it is their fault. As per my knowledge HR recruiter job is should not be target base ..but they always say its type of sales job. No professionalism at all . All positive reviews aur fake which are written by their own friends. Request you do not join stylin.. the company which they provide are also do not provide salary on time. Lots of politics and favoritism office culture.

During my tenure i was provided with cell phone, and management ensure salary to happen on time. I have worked here for 1 year and its a fabulous place to work and learn in IT and Non IT area. I will miss them and wish them success ahead.
